Security Contacts and Procedures

NuevaSync takes security very seriously and we aim to take immediate action to address serious security-related problems that involve our products or services.

Please report any suspected security vulnerability in a NuevaSync product or service to the NuevaSync Security Response Team, security@nuevasync.com. You can use our GPG key to communicate with us securely.

You should contact the Security Response Team if:

  • You think there may be a security vulnerability in a NuevaSync product or service.
  • You are unsure about how a known vulnerability affects a NuevaSync product or service.

All other support issues and general questions no related to security should be sent through the channels set forth on our contact page.

You can contact us in English or French. The Security Response Team may not be able to respond in other languages.

Only members of the NuevaSync Security Response Team, a restricted group of NuevaSync employees, will have access to material sent to the security@nuevasync.com address.

Email sent to security@nuevasync.com is read and acknowledged with a non-automated response within two working days. For issues that are complicated and require significant attention, we will open an investigation and keep you informed of our progress every five working days at minimum.
